You will then fill it out online\nmedical condition form.\nDescribe your health problem to us in the form. List what bothers you and which problems would\nyou wanted to consult with our specialists.\nEnter all essential information from your medical record and, if necessary, also upload it\navailable health reports and examinations (e.g. MR and CT findings, laboratory, blood, culture\ntests) available to you. For the proper functioning of the call, please install the Zoom application on your smartphone or computer according to the following recommendations. \n\n<br><br> Ways to connect to a consultation \/ video call:\n\n<br><br> \u2022 If you are joining via phone: we recommend choosing the Join via app method, where you download the Zoom application to your phone. Then, after clicking on the received hyperlink, you will be connected directly to the Zoom conference call with the doctor at the time you reserved. \n\n<br><br> \u2022 If you are joining via a computer: we recommend choosing the Join via web browser method, where you fill in your name or log in with your existing account. Subsequently, after logging in, you will start your video consultation with the doctor.\n\n<br><br>The system will also send you a reminder of the consultation via sms\/e-mail, along with the option to save the consultation time (event details) to your calendar on your mobile device. \n\n<br><br> Consultation\nBefore starting the consultation, check the connection of the microphone and camera in your device through which you are connecting (mobile \/ PC \/ laptop), as well as the permission to use them in the Zoom application.\n\n<br><br> If you chose the service in the form of a written opinion, we will send you the opinion within 10 working days.
