Professional profile<\/h5>\n

Petra Ku\u0159\u00e1tkov\u00e1 is a qualified nutritional therapist. It specializes in the nutrition of children and women in the reproductive period. She is the mother of a 2.5-year-old “eater”, so her specialization also extends to personal experiences.
\nShe recevied a Mgr. degree in the Master’s program nutrition specialist at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. Already during her studies, she was interested in the nutritional literacy of the population, so she started a blog where she tried to promote proper nutrition and disprove nutrition myths that are rooted in society. For several years, she alternated between staying at the school and the editorial office. She worked for many web portals and contributed her articles to several magazines, where she was also part of their expert council. She was at the birth of the “Student Association of Nutritional Therapists” and as its full member collaborated on many important projects for the lay public, e.g. Brno Health Days or World Diabetes Day. She spoke at several conferences, e.g. Nutricaf\u00e9 or Nutrigeeks. Her achievements at school were recognized twice with the Dean’s Award for exceptional academic results.<\/p>\n

After completing her university studies, she settled in Brno and her steps led to a nutrition consultancy, where she provided comprehensive nutritional advice, created nutrition plans, recipes for pre-packaged meals and helped with online marketing. The experience of creating recipes and menus led her to several interesting projects – she compiled, for example, monthly snack-plans for the Prague nativity scene. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she decided to establish an online nutritional counseling center aimed at children and women of reproductive age. She is known for her high professionalism and expertise, as well as her empathy and individualization of solutions for the client.
\nIn this context, the master developed the Baby Diary & Tracker mobile application for recording breastfeeding, feeding, excretion and other activities of the baby, which facilitates communication between the parent and the pediatrician. He currently works with several companies, where he educates about proper nutrition, creates recipes, takes photos and writes articles. A book about side dishes, which she wrote together with other nutritionists, is to be published this year.<\/p>\n

In addition to consulting, she is still engaged in writing – she is currently working on the creation of eBooks about complementary foods, introducing allergens into a baby’s diet or picky eating for children, and runs the Instagram profile “@nutrimamma.cz”, where she writes a guide to healthy eating not only for children and dispels myths about nutrition.<\/p>\n\n
