Professional profile
Doctor Martina Vravcová is an erudite endocrinologist. She completed her medical studies at the 1st Faculty of Medicine in Prague. She began her professional practice in 2006 as a secondary physician at the Internal Medicine Clinic of the Faculty Hospital in Trnava and at the same time as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Social Work and Public Health of the University of Trnava, where she also worked after passing the specialization exam in the field of Endocrinology. Furthermore, she put her professional experience to good use by working in the Endocrinological Outpatient Clinic at the Železničná Nemocnica Bratislava. He currently works as an endocrinologist at the Bory Hospital, where he deals with complicated endocrinological conditions. In addition, he works at the private Medante Clinic. Together with the team of doctors in this clinic, he focuses on a holistic approach to the patient, using a complex bio-psychosocial approach. Since the beginning of her professional practice, she has also devoted herself to humanitarian work in various developing countries, therefore she also devoted her postgraduate studies to the topic of HIV in pediatric patients, monitoring immunological and clinical parameters during HAART treatment in HIV-positive children in Ethiopia. In her work, respectful communication, an individual approach to the patient, high expertise, the ability to provide the patient with the best health care without distinction, as well as effective cooperation with other specialists are important.
