MUDr. Katarína Lackovičová is a specialist, doctor in the field of ophthalmology with more than 7 years of clinical experience. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been working at a private eye clinic in Prague. In In 2022, she successfully passed the 1st part of the specialization final exam at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague and in In 2024, by passing the attestation exam at the Faculty of Medicine of the Palacký University in Olomouc, she obtained a specialization in the field of ophthalmology and is continuing her continuous education in her field.
She studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. Already during her studies, she showed a deep interest in ophthalmology by completing many foreign internships.
The doctor mainly deals with diagnostics and therapy in general ophthalmology, pediatric ophthalmology, cataract and refractive procedures and, last but not least, the aesthetic part of ophthalmology such as blepharoplasty and rejuvenating procedures in the eye area. Because ophthalmology is broadly related to the condition of the entire body and organs Dr. Lackovičová relies on complex diagnostics, an individual approach and proper communication with an emphasis on the latest medical knowledge and procedures.
dr. Lackovičová is a member of the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech Medical Society JEP and the Czech Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgery.
